RESERVATION POLICY:
- All reservations must have the security deposit 15 days before guest’s arrival in low season and 30 days in high season, equivalent to the first night of stay and the balance is paid when the guest arrives to the hotel
- All groups booking cancellation will have no penalty if canceled 30 days in advance, except for administrative costs
- Any cancellation of individual reservations will have no penalty if cancellation is 15 days in advance, except for administrative costs.
- Reservations that are canceled within the specific days will have penalty that equals to one night’s lodging (NO SHOW).
- We appreciate that you make the security deposit by credit card online or if you prefer in our bank accounts, ask us to give you the numbers.
- Foreign visitors are exempt from IGV when presenting their passports and Andean Immigration Cards.
